These are customized to your space and requirements, so we don't use a fixed “add to cart” process for them.

Site Survey
Wherever possible, we visit your site to measure and assess installation conditions, so the quotation is accurate.

We prepare a detailed, itemized quotation covering product, installation, and any additional scope — no hidden costs.
Confirmation & Advance Payment
Once approved, we confirm the order in writing, typically with an advance payment before procurement or scheduling begins.
Supply & Installation
Our own team handles procurement, installation, configuration, and testing at your site.
Handover & Training
We hand over the completed system with basic training where applicable.
After-Sales Support
Ongoing warranty support and maintenance are available — see our Support Center.
Path B: Gadgets & Tech Products (Direct Order)
For ready-stock gadgets and tech products listed on our website, ordering is simpler and doesn't require a site visit.

Find the product you want on our website and check the listed specifications.
Place Your Order
Click "Order Now" (or the equivalent button) and provide your name, phone number, delivery address, and quantity. For items where price isn't listed, request a quote and we'll confirm pricing directly.
Order Confirmation
Our team will call or message you to confirm your order details, final price, and delivery timeline.
Payment
Depending on the product and your location, payment may be by Cash on Delivery, mobile financial services, or bank transfer — confirmed with you at this stage.
Delivery
Your order is dispatched and delivered to your provided address within the confirmed timeline.
After Delivery
